the hedges would accidentally rip out the whole hedge or even if they could do only "half" a hedge, the hedge might die due to the sudden loss of 50% of itself.Other than to manually trim 50% of the hedge without touching the roots (sounds expensive), is there a near maintenance-free way to approach this?

The conditions of the sampling may not have been representative of actual conditions, vapor intrusion is highly irregular by time and within a property, can be influenced by weather/temperature, and the source may have been removed or the contamination may have degraded.

Pros/cons/requirement/non requirement aside we have provided hotel rooms under certain conditions....like it was -25F for a week and the furnace went and parts could not be sourced for several days.

I've been using Cozy for rent payments and screening.I was curious where you all get your lease(s) from, if they're free, easily altered for my requirements, if they're legitimate and legally binding, etc. and perhaps what sources you go to to find state/city specific information on leases.

Also, probably doesn't need to be said but make sure its a hard wired for power camera with the switch or power source inaccessible to the guests so they can't turn it off.
