So I'm trying to torture you, guys, for the information :oops: :D And I did pay cash for the house and I do not have any mortgage.But I have some other serious expenses - like my elderly mother from abroad with no retirement who lives on her own in another house.I had to invest the money so I could support my mother and I decided buying a rental was the best deal.Time will tell.

Hello, After doing some reading and listening to multiple podcasts, it is obvious that the IRA Act has lots of improvements for retirement savings.

Maybe they raise the full retirement age again a couple years for people retiring into the future.
