I'm assuming the variance is to build a new enclosed garage, as opposed to some type of "use variance" to allow the homeowner the ability to use his existing garage for something outside the norms of the existing zoning ordinances.

If there is an exterior repair that a landscape or other provider takes care of and this is the charge for the PM being on site I would question when do they need to be onsite and when is it ok for your trusted provider to just do the job.

I may not be using the proper verbiage, pre-fab homesbuilt in a factory as opposed to mobile homes.I am looking for anyone with experience putting thesestructures on lots and selling the whole package.

two different opinions here, (everyone looks at it different)first. take down rail on left side, build walls with windows and make it a sun room. change exterior door to an interior door. or do a double window and add a bedroom. second opinion and the cheaper alternative, change right door, to a window , tear our brick step. and make it a bedroom.
