Would potential tenants be able to navigate the site with ease?

Not a bad deal.My wife does strictly sales and she didn't like RealtyJuggler because it was difficult to navigate and remember how to do simple tasks.

The site is easy to navigate.

It’s been an incredibly stressful situation and very hard and time consuming navigating the unknowns.

There are some nooks and crannies on that site that are really hard to navigate to that have absolutely critical information about purchasing tax deeds.One thing I have learned for sure from my research is that there are a ton of traps and pitfalls for the unwary tax deed investor in Arkansas, and that I need to have a good title company, PI, and lawyer in place before I buy anything - even while I'm setting up the systems.

Most information can be found for free and is public record most of the time if you just navigate around the court websites.

I am new to this site, so I am still learning to navigate. 

You do have to watch for property tax's but once you navigate those then your in pretty good shape.. the POS while for some would be an issue for me I am OK putting 10 to 20k up and getting it back a few week later after the work has been done..
