Those of us knowledgeable in the SDIRA realm can only take you so far, especially in a web forum where we are not privy to all of the details.As @Matt Devincenzo correctly pointed out, when using debt-financing on a property, only the percentage of income associated with the debt-financing is taxed, and the same percentage of the expenses is used to reduce the taxable income.

Came across: www.mywebsitovernight.com -- they build all sites on a proprietary web platform only available in global digital agencies.

There are a few books on title searches out there, look under title abstracting, and a couple of web sites if you google them.

It is that old debt that started with Dell Financial Service/ Web Bank that got me in this mess.

Based on what I can see researching the web, this should be expensed as I didn't add any structures or even pants/trees.
