If you are interested I can recommend you some good books that will get you going in the mean time. ( dont get distracted with some gurus on TV and pay thousands ) Bigger pockets also have pleanty of content.Another Suggestion once you get your RE license Look for (legit Real estate wholeselling Real estate firm) MAn you will see so many deals on a daily basis that by the time you are 19th or 20 you will be so much ahead of the game, plus If you get good at it you will be get paid while you learn.

Also, you have to consider that platforms like Airbnb are very public meaning that if a few people write a bad review on your place, it can/will affect your ranking on the platform and could affect how you price if there were a few 'meh' reviews.On the other hand, long term tenants (LTT) won't bring in as much money on a monthly basis, but (in most cases) they're less of a headache.

I have tainted credit due to old medical debt and would prefer not using a bank Hard money lenders are a dime a dozen, they even advertise on this very platform.
