You can check with the State Division of Business and Industry for your State and see if they can assist you in this regard.  

Since there are many different ways to make a profit in this industry why would you only focus on wholesaling when you clearly make so much more doing flips. 

Tire kickers is a big problem in this industry, reduce it from the get go!!
