To me if a local market is solely depending on low interest rates, Covid and remote working trends vs actual industry, business, job growth and wealth creation, I would pause to think if growth is truly sustainable.

There will likely be newer developments added to the market with newer amenities and reflect current market trends.

@Esteban Jimenez   just wanted to comment and commend you for staying so engaged and encouraging on your thread.I'm an old dog that doesn't post nearly as much as I used to, but I do check in and stay up on trends and like to see what my colleagues are up to.  

I am seeing trends with younger generations being more minimalist and embracing more of a subscription life style. 

Also, while you should regularly run reports for each property to determine your profitability and cash positions, I also want to run portfolio-wide reports to view aggregate trends for the entire portfolio.
