If the property is already occupied and cash flowing, why rock the boat?

We were having it repaired at Eagle Rock RV and had a perfect view of the fireworks display.

I live in white rock and invest heavily in Prince George, where there is still cashflow.

And instead of putting money to loan payments, I was able to put money to things I WANTED...real estate investments is one (but also, my personal home, guitars, other investments, et al.)So I hope my generation when they talk to their kids tell them hey -- be smart with schools.

A part that I didn't add above is that this lender (while hardworking and great at getting rock-bottom rates) has seemed a little "old school."
