We currently live in Mississippi but have decided to move to Idaho within the next 6-8 months.

I've been retired from the Dept. of Defense for a few years now and have told my grandson of the time I bought & flipped houses back in the 70's in Memphis.

Long story short, he loves the idea, so we're planning to move and will work together investing in real estate.

But since it has been a long time since I've worked any deals and I wanted to know his level of dedication, I told him he had to get his real estate license first.

Well he starts his real estate class on Nov 4th so it seems he has the desire so it will be off to Idaho for us since I have the credit, some experience and the income, while he has the youth and determination it's win-win
