Hello, I recently graduated college and started a business where I have been teaming up with property managers, landlords, agents ..etc to provide full service junk removal whether it's a clean out or just removing a few items that need to be removed.

I lived with my parents for a year after graduating, moved to Chicago for a year, and will now be moving back in with my parents to begin saving again for REI.

Hey Davonta,Well if you are asking this question, my first bit of advice is go to a cheap school, where you go will not matter too much.

We have a newly purchased 3/2.5 SFR (with really good schools) and too many applications!

If you didn't just graduate from college then you'll have to wait another year.
