@Jorge Vazquez makes total sense, hard to get context in text format, wasn’t challenging you in a rude way just genuinely curious what you meant thanks for clarifying

Investing in the South Mountain area would be great for your strategy as it is in your price point and the area has been transforming for the last few years.

There are tons of new investors who are working on smart plans and genuinely want criticism.

Is somebody on here adding up how many engineers invest in real estate and doing a statistical analysis on it, maybe with mean, average, median, standard deviations, a few transformations and differential equations and coming up with an answer on what percentage of RE Investors are engineers???!!!  

So while every rookie should be cautious, please don't take the OP's advice - which I do believe was given with genuine concern - as admonition to stay on the sidelines.

Education is supposed to give you an experience that transforms you as an individual into something better.It's supposed to give you a skill you can serve with and knowledge you can use to make money with, which in turn creates more value in the world at large.Again, I think you get more from the college experience than you do from the classes. 

NAysayers are more dangerous than enemies, Naysayers often times come from a good place, and are genuinely telling you NO because in their minds they are protecting you from what THEY are afraid of.

The way she brought it up felt very entitled and not genuine.
