Would enjoy feedback on what rehab and ongoing maintenance issues you see during flips or managing property.

Minimal disturbance to your personal life, no long term commitment, fairly quick "success/failure" feedback, and you get your feet wet and see if you even like this business.

It would operate similar to a Master Lease but with the potential to be higher as the short-term manager would be basing their offer off of the return they would incur from short term rates.Any feedback is appreciated!
