On one hand I entirely agree that having more eyes working for you is beneficial to the client.

As @Brandon Turner mentioned the podcasts are amazing, and it will also give you a flavor to the many different methods you can invest in, for example this week @Ankit Duggal had an INCREDIBLE podcast on RE tax lien investing - was eye opening (at least it was for me).

:D And being able to record a walk through of your homes at eye level keeping both hands free while you set up the web tour could be a major time saver.

My client will drop the issue so it is not holding up the deal or anything, but I just do not understand the stance at all and wanted to see if some fresh eyes or other frame of mind could show me the reason behind this stance.My belief is that Landlord is saying no simply because I am asking for it and they want to "win" or the Landlord has that language in all his leases and thinks that because I am asking for a change it is bad for him (though he doesn't know why).

The first building is only 30 units and Im installing a kiosk to handle sign ups on site in addition to the web site and ill have to spend more of my time there so Im looking at moving my office to that site as well as we build more buildings to keep a better eye on that project which is why Id like to free up some more time on my rentals through automation. 

I read the article "100 ways to make money in real estate" and one that caught my eye is the "new every two" way of making money.

SEO is a great way to get more eyes on your websites and pull in some great leads organically.  

But, my people are so often accused of it.[ because we do not look you in the eye?
