It is better than doing it yourself IMO bc that way you have evidence if there is an issue of 3 written estimates, plus you dont have to waste your time.

Claims of fraud are so overstated with no evidence.  

And could be considered fraud since this post is evidence that you never intended to close on the deal if the value does not rise.If your trying this strategy in a new community why would a buyer come to you rather than the builder himself? 

I saw no evidence of mold or mildew growing on the walls, ceiling or the carpet.

Either he was a very clean pot grower or the cops did a great job of removing the evidence.  

There is also some evidence that suggests most people would prefer milder climates to any extremes and are actively moving there.- Disasters: No significant probability of a natural disasters like hurricanes/tornados/floods/fires, unless you're OK with the risk or going to pay for extra insurance.++ Population ++- Size: I think focusing on metropolitan areas with a population above 1 million is a good start.

I confronted my tenants about the neighbors complaints and they refuted them and showed video evidence  denying some of her claims and then showed videos raising issues against her.

I think the evidence suggests that it is not AND THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS THAT!

And, no one on this site is in the top two per cent, can't understand why so many defend billionaires, you might have a dream, but while might bust the million mark, probably alot, my money says none of you will bust a billion, not in real estate, too much control over the industry......evidence, look to how the banks influence what you can and can't do, how HUD and Fannie places restriction on you....if there is big money on the table, no individual is going to walk away with it.....so do a little at a time and keep at it, IMO, make very good money, but if you want to make millions, go to wall street or go into banking!
