Real estate investing is not a poor man's game.

Lots of people talk a great game, but suddenly can't get back to you, can't make time, have no organized process for scheduling a visit, can't show you properties, etc., when you actually try to lay eyes on the product.

I have a lot of areas of expertise that I’m sure can help someone else’s business, I’m just so new to the game that I don’t know how they can fit into someone’s business model.

That was my first move in the game, and it proved to be a smart one.

I have been fortunate enough to be in this here real estate game for over 25 years as well as have some basic experience in BPO's (several thousand over the last several years).

The flip company that we are going to establish there are 4 of us each will own 25%.

You can always start paying taxes and take care of property and try quiet title or adverse possession, but that’s a risky game to play.

This of course would be the ‘end’ game.

Before you get into the game, it's best to research and know your market first.
