I'd hate for you to encounter a pitfall I didn't think of in this analysis!

I want to understand the problems that most of you will encounter during your career.

@Sean Wilt ... the situation is similar to a college professor I encountered 30 years ago. 

Anecdotally, I encountered a bunch of folks from after the crash who lost everything because they over-leveraged AND they moved their equity to distant markets that they didn't understand.
