That Lead Paint Hazard Disclosure you're checking off and signing has no contractual weight--it's just a disclosure.A full-blown lead test by a licensed lead inspector will check subsurface layers of paint and it's fairly expensive (I was quoted $700 a few years ago, but it may depend on the size of the property).

You personally are still a Realtor so regardless of what entity it is, as long as you personally are involved, disclosure is always the best policy.
