Recorder of deeds office

Account Closed
Posted

I was recently offered a job at my county’s Recorder of Deeds Office.
Do investors, like yourselves, ever utilize a Recorder of Deeds office directly?
Working in the customer service area in archives will expose me to lots of customers with various reasons they are there.
What should I look out for so I can network and meet those who are doing what I want to do (financial freedom through rental property)? Or are the chances of them coming in very low?
Thank you in advance.
