The only manual parts would then be seal with sticker and stamp it, so I just pay a college student 10 per hour to do it for me while I operate software and machines, so worth it.

No student loans, no car payments, no CC debt.My wife and I decided she should stay home with Brooklyn (our daughter) so we only have one income right now.I did an income/expense chart for us and found that:I make $2400-$3200/mo (after uncle sam) depending on overtime and our bills are around $1850/mo.Basically here to get more info and hopefully some support and encouragement from investors who have been there and done that!

His materials are thorough, but he appears to be set up as a guru - making his money on students as opposed to real estate.I am hoping Ms Hanover's partnering is included and different as I am already involved in residential short sales and now have commercial sellers responding to my marketing daily and I have transactional funding lined up.

If they are willing to share that info with you, that "secret" is no longer a secret to you, just to those who don't have the info or knowledge.I think that there are pieces of information you could get from a respected guru (if there is such a thing) but the most important factor in my mind is how you as the student are capable and willing to apply that knowledge in the business!
