It's probably cheaper to change it to a single sink (one less sink, one less faucet, one less plumbing hook-up, maybe one less mirror)....but with 3 bedrooms serving that one bathroom, it's probably best to keep it as a double sink...

You want to keep rents to 10% or below of gross annual sales as a basic guideline.Furniture stores generally go in and out because people buy cheaper online or at the IKEA type huge places.

If it is retail flip, it looks way better if it is a rental I use cheaper tile but the great thing is I never have to replace it.
