As @Nicholas L. said, it sounds like you are doing a BRRRR.

It does not seem as important when you get started with one or two, but the issue keeps getting bigger

I do not use Rent Ready, but I know that it is a perk of my pro membership here and I am considering setting it up to help my tenant establish credit. 

Do you have an idea of the purchase price that fits your budget and/or what your mother is able to pay in rent?

Since they have been rented out, it’s in service. 

Do you currently invest in Eugene or other parts of Oregon as well?

Great area with strong rent demand How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It’s similar to how apartment listings are grouped by bedroom count and price.
