I think if I redo the kitchens I could get $950, and I priced the cabinets at Ikea, each one would be around $3k if I did the labor myself.

At the very least you can encourage your tenants to open the bottom cabinet doors in the sink areas of the kitchen and bathrooms to allow warm air from rooms to hit the pipes.Luckily the cold snaps don't last long around here.Gail
