boom, the property started booking again - sitting at 85% occupancy for July which is better than I could hope for with such a small number of reviews.After credibility, optics and telling a good story is everything.Again, kudos for the insightful post.

And I hear that Raleigh is ready to boom but still has a fair few good buy to rent opportunities.I figure San Francisco is basically out of the question at this point, so some other options could include, Seattle, San Jose, and Charlotte to name a few.Basically my question is.... what would you do in this situation?

I know Corning and surrounding areas ebb and flow with Corning Inc- although the last real boom was gas wells in Northern PA- that since has died off.
