This is the first question i posted in this blog.

Both of us own businesses and like to keep money on hand to pay for expenses when they come up.I've read quite a few blogs on people buying properties with little to no money down but can't quite fine-tune it so that I can do it myself.  

Not able to get the search site here to function so didn't notice there was a blog on it.Is there really a 5k fee?

After reading so many articles I was that sucker to pay for the class.

A simple examination of the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics Article 4 outlines specifically how agents are to conduct themselves (if they are Realtors® that is) if acting on their own behalf.
