I've already set up automation systems for mining public records data and other lead sources.

I don't use these skills usually because I prefer to be on the Investor side of the equations.I use Automated Valuation Models, and BPOs rather heavily as tools in the investments we do but the situation has really gotten out of hand IMO because the values are so unreliable.I know BPOs are a pain, a lot of work, and little pay, but how can we get better reviewing before signing off on these valuations that are being ordered?

@Brett Quelch to add, that goes for any automated valuation method.  

For bills, I usually charge a flat fee to rent so its automated and one less thing I can think about, but you can manually split each month3.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)
