It was a dr note that supported the request, didn’t need to be a specialist or anything usually if your dr or whoever you’ve been seeing has an verification department it’s much easier when you give them your claim number and they do the request on their end.Sometimes what helps the dr write it correctly is writing it for them and asking them to review it
