My real estate investing business has grown tremendously since then and I'm now doing real estate full time, managing self storage, and flipping/wholesaling properties.  

I also find that you can communicate with a tremendous amount of people in a short period of time here on BP, unlike at a REI meeting.

After I do this I will have a tremendous grasp of my marketplace and really know what is going on.

Realty Trac is projecting an additional 1 million added to this number in 2012 and an additional 1 million more in 2013.I realize this may offer some tremendous buying opportunities but with some of the other scuttlebutt going on in items the government may try it does make it a little bit scary.

Heard tremendous things about being involved in the program, just curious as to how to one might go about doing so.

For me, it's more about communication with contractors, which, while it may not seem like a big deal, would likely save me a LOT of money every year.The guy who runs my main contracting crew (painting, sheetrock, siding, handyman stuff, etc) is now a good friend of mine and he's Hispanic (he speaks Spanish), which has helped me tremendously with buyers, sellers and contractors.

While it did not affect my speech, it did have tremendous effect upon my cognitive skills.

Native American owned lands are a tremendously complex issue and will vary from one tribe/nation to the next.

Arkansas property taxes are tremendously lower than TN. 

So all in all, would a change of market tremendously benefit me as a aspiring real estate investor?
