You have to be mindful of the same things, how you can go above and beyond, establish an edge over competition and possibly even promote repeat business.Believe it or not, you will be more successful if you think less of your success in possibly closing the deal and more on providing a solution.If at times, a homeowner tells you a particular offer from another sounds good enough for him and writes you off...it won't hurt for you to agree and maybe even enlighten him some of what he will be getting into.
