Door knocking for you  (and me) is not owrth the effort, but meeting a contractor to go over the list of repairs is. 

We'll openly discuss a volume discount with GREAT clients that make an effort to learn to use their owner portals and not make everything an emergency.

Cash buyers are looking to buy your house AS-IS meaning you don’t need to worry about putting in the time, money, and effort renovating or repairing before you move.Cash buyers may offer to pay closing costs and decline commissions.

Be careful with partners who belittle the effort it takes to get a project done and wants to be hands on.

Some eventually decide the effort and labor involved is not worth the compensation. 

You deserve to wind down, enjoy an ice cold draft, and meet new like-minded investors without the worry of a presentation with a "guru" trainer/speaker.This group is for you because you enjoy great conversation, trading ideas, comparing strategies, and sharing deals with people you can really get to know through genuine conversation outside of the office or the basic and overrated coffee shop.Invite others to join us, if you know they will benefit, if you want to share a drink with them, or if you just don't want to network alone.

But its coming from a genuine place of wanting to show my appreciation for them.
