The condo currently rents out seasonally for week long or weekend rentals (May-November).

What kind of rent would I need to charge to be positive that I will fill up the vacancy in 1 weekend?

At this point, we have a babysitter come over on Saturdays to watch the kids so that we can have an extra 3 hours to knock out 3 or 4 of the courses each weekend along with the hour or two each night that we are already spending.
