That means that you don't have to write "and/or assigns" on the contract to be able to assign it.Remember that banks will not accept contracts with the "and/or assigns" language on it so it is not worth trying.

By "tools," I meant methods, not free software.I purchase my software and agree with you that a lot of the freeware has problems.The free methods -- not software -- require work, but they do produce results.Any freebie software or freebie program will never make you tons of money.

I would use one domain name that includes your name for a blog (if you are intending to write once in a while) and one domain name with some keywords that include the location you are targeting and some word like "real estate" , "homes" , "home" or maby something like "casa" if you want to be unique.There is an advantage regarding search engine marketing when you use related keywords in the domain name.
