They’re flat rate and have a ton of staff.

Then when you have that, find an electrician that wants the rewire job and finding one that can do it may be easier to find at a REIG meeting or even asking one of the more seasoned staff members (i.e., knows what they are doing) at H-D or Lowe's. 

You should verify though that you have the correct number to a potential tenant's immediate supervisor and a CQ or staff duty desk.  

However, I really like that my staff can use critical thinking methods and easily communicate with tenants, vendors, and other service professionals and I did not trust a VA enough to do those things.Also, I think if going the VA route, I've read to not have a general VA for everything, but rather specific VA's to handle each niche of your business.

Since investors can rake in as much in a week as they normally could in a month with a long term rental there is a greed frenzy going on and the biggest problem is the local work staff has nothing to rent and are living in tents out in the cold. 

The staff is incredible and they are NEVER too busy to help you.

There are fewer staff requirements for the a smaller, but still state certified assisted living site.

Abraham is on the path of making 500k a year in a few years while letting his office staff tend to his customer base.

However we're still working on his office staff. lol.

You don't get help like that from the staff at HD who might have been selling shoes at Walmart 6 months ago.
