Although I (and many others) transitioned to home office space, I believe there is a need for office space for many professions. 

Luckily both sites collect the taxes for our place.Our little town did implement a 1% tax that I have to pay separately.

For all the flippers out there what do your percentages look like.

That gave me a bit of a taste of what real estate can do if you find the right deal but I had no idea what I was doing at the time.

I did everything I could to get them paid off and was proud of myself at the time.
