I'm not afraid of it too much because I've done renovation work on a frame house where we had to replace siding for 1/2 the house and 1 of the walls had to be demolished and replaced.

So then a couple weeks is wasted.

I also did the abundance edu (scott yancee) before the FB and boy was that a waste ($1000 split with a friend) that was about 90% upsell and 10% useful info if that.

Plus, if someone puts a hole in a wall or ruins the carpet those things costs the same whether it is in a $1,200 unit to $625 unit.

In the unfortunate event that a case is filed then proceed the lawful way....keep in mind, the tenant you offended is simply going to find another S8 friendly apartment...why would she waste her time with fighting with you/trying to get you to rent to her...doesn't make sense...so this will pass by IMHO.Also be easy on Dad, he was just trying to help :-)

When the writing on the wall is "this is a great investment option" and people start flocking to it then it is time to pull back and watch the fun.

It seems to be a waste of time talking to non-investors about your investment deals.

Did you leave the correct spacing between the floor and the wall so it could float properly?

They will let their kids write on the walls, or worse, put up stickers (not wall-clingers, i mean stickers).  

Let them pay for what they use and they'll waste less.
