Well, Darren, in your 34 total posts as of my post you've managed to alienate several more experienced posters and even threatened another.Free Online discussion forums like BP, are great for getting feedback from seasoned investors and sometimes both detailed advise and unexpected perspectives.

It would be great to meet a seasoned investor in these areas, as we are very fresh to real estate investing.

The work is semi seasonal as the busy part of the year is January - May and August - October to a lesser extent.

There are seasoned investors here who are more than willing to answer questions.

I do have Biggerpockets to thank for progress so far.I hired a general contractor, thanks to a referral from a BP member and I met with another seasoned investor on BP who gave me some pointers and encouragement.The general contractor, seems very committed to getting the units occupied as soon as possible.

I suppose I would like to give some basics of my situation, and see if any of you seasoned veterans are willing to give me a general sense of what I might be able to do with it.I'll be investing in Washington, DC.

So basically what you're saying is, you aren't getting too many leads, and even though you are getting SOME leads, all of the seasoned investors are eating your lioness catch.
