If you search "Chicago Real Estate Investor" on facebook there will be several pages that pop up with THOUSANDS of other investors in your market.

It is heart breaking to be required to allow things to happen that you know are going to create a scenario that will result in a huge failure for the applicant and a financial mess for you (it’s not if, but when), but that’s exactly what you need to do unless you want to end up with hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal bills and fines for fair housing violations.

You will also pay a few thousand to refinance. 

Seems they’ve saved many thousands of dollars over the years that’s for sure . 

Tread lightly my friend and try to turn over every stone, have a title co. do a search on the property few hundred bucks now could save you thousands in the long run. this person does not know the bank or how much is left on the loan, does not sound right.
