Try to pick out a few reasons from their novel as to why they won’t actually find your place suitable.

Tax roll says it is 1040 sqft3  1.5It has a huge detached garage.I picked it up for 76k.

If they do this, the seller is Already contractually committed, he doesn’t get to pick and choose, and the terms/closing timelines are already set.But on the other hand, since the other buyer Had the contingency of selling their current home, they likely can’t qualify for the loan on this house yet.

I would encourage you to not get shiny object syndrome with real estate, pick a niche or two and become the best at it.
