True they have had a monopoly for over 50 years, however, in the past 10 years there has been a small private flood insurance markets and it will continue to grow you can do a google search for "private flood insurance", "Lloyds of London flood insurance" or just reach out to me and I will shop all options for you.

Just don't buy in a market that's not growing or extremely overpriced rent-property value wise.In terms of other vehicles, crypto is dead and I won't enter at all till a bubble begins again as it could easily die for years and never come back.

They just have a shell metal building so it's not all that expensive for them to move and rebuild.Also, find a metro area that has very high population and job growth then find out which directions they are growing (usually easy to see by where there's a lot of construction).
