If you're looking for private investors, it's good to reach out before you have a deal under contract and see who's interested... sort of planting the seed, if you will.

This is  row building, so Of COURSE there was no cute cafe there--- the city suffered, commercial business fled, slumlords move in, section 8 abuses ran rampant, etc.

ALSO, law enforcement is paid for by your property tax, the mayor and just about every other county employee is feeding off your property tax revenue...get involved with your local politicians and be present and involved with local community meetings, aka board of supervisor, city council meetings, HOA, etc.Find other "stake holders" like business owners and home owners that suffer from the same offenders.

No one should suffer a ripp off this way specially when they are first trying to grasp the idea if being a new investor.

One will suffer and it will be the one that doesn't get the right amount of time.But...that's just my opinion and I could be wrong.

The house is right around the barns, grain bins, etc. and the 2 sides of the yard are directly adjacent to planted crop fields during growing season.Is it realistic to accomplish this sort of respectful use with clear instructions or intake orientation process?
