The end buyer can give you all the money before closing and you not show up to closing or you can take all paper work to title company yourself and all three parties meet at closing and get paid at closing.

Georgia is pro-landlord.Once you get the process down here you do not need an attorney.There are also eviction companies that will file the paperwork for cheaper than attorney.

I had a guy once who I spent 3 hours of my time with, was taking out the paperwork for signatures and he dropped the foreclosure bomb on me.
