There are only 3-4 lenders that do this though (called a non-recourse loan). and you cannot co-mingle any of your personal funds to help the Solo401k buy a property.

Depends on if you've used your VA benefit in the past, your reserve situation, credit and if you don't plan to use the VA loan in the near future to purchase a home, it could make sense.FYI- There are non- VA 95% LTV loan programs without PMI

I think they might be trying to make it non-obvious to the seller and listing agent that they are themselves an agent (even though a quick google search will reveal this fact, most homesellers don't google search the name of their buyer).Real estate investor that happens to have their real estate agent license.

She understands that she will not be keeping the property since she cannot recover from the passed due payments, but she has been back to work for some time and wants to know if there was anything we could do to keep her in the home as say a renter since her income is quite good and she was behind due to medical issues.
