Good Morning, I have a contract for a property in Pensacola, FL that I need to close quickly.

I have time this Friday morning if you want to try to get together. 

After a months-long search I have found a house for $55k with a built-in tenant, and hope to purchase this morning. 

My husband is Quite anxious about all this, but he hasn't come up with any better ideas.
