They dont have much web presence, but look to deal in that area. 

One unit is advertised as storage so I assume only 3 are legal, either because of zoning or because of the Certificate of Occupancy.I checked the assessor web site to find the specific zoning for the building but it just says 2-6 apts, over 62 years, so I'm not sure whether 4 is legal or not. 

I'm new to REI and I am looking to grow my networking web.

I have sent an email to the builder saying that I will contact the attorney and also write a web page about my experience by keeping all the contracts in the public domain.

It handles everything under one hood (CRM, marketing, web page creation, etc.)

As you an imagine the formatting of the data to make it web friendly is time consuming.

Or one that visualizes areas with salary growth outpacing (or not) the appreciation of MF RE in that same area.I know that I could create my own visualizations with analytics tools like PowerBI but in order to do that I need sources of data (typically in a CSV format though web page tables can be scraped.)And of course if someone has already invented this wheel that makes it even easier so I'm also interested in any analytics apps/sites that can be useful for exploring and comparing regional markets.

Check the city, township, county, and state web sites regarding it. 

Has anyone had success with this new system?  Not looking for property management, just basic portfolio tracking, expenses, and value.
