Hey guys,My business partner and I are currently incorporating for multi-family purchases, minimum 8 doors, most likely in the 20s or more for our first purchase. 

The question I have is, is there any way, other than incorporating the rehab into the original purchase price, to calc lener points and interest on the rehab costs? 

We gave what works for us and incorporated what worked for others.

You can most likely ask another agent for a copy of the articles of incorporation, it’s not complicated if it’s just you. 

If the value accurately incorporates the future income, take the payment you get and buy another similar property for a similar price and it should produce similar income.This is all driven from cap rates.

There's no problem with a logo and contact info attached to a file, but if our users or we deem the file to be used for the sole purpose of advertising, then it will be removed (unless the user is PRO, in which case it will be moved to the Marketing section).I hope that explains it.
