They also calculate global borrower financials, so your DTI does matter (albeit it's offset a little by the asset your purchasing), but still their underwriting is much more rigorous.

Here's the analysis:As far as renters, we are 10 minutes from a large university and with parking for 8 vehicles legally we could absolutely rent it by the bedroom to a bunch of college kids.
