A designer (I'm thinking of a fresh grad architect) should be able to work with you more vs a full architect, I like giving opportunities to fresh starters to build their profile and for a cheaper price.

I have a person that mails for me, and a phone service that takes the calls 24/7 - a human answers, not a "pls leave message" type of system.  

I have plans in the works to further help the community understand how to utilize Auction.com to its full potential.

This from other posters.. you make up your own mind.But if you think for one minute you can buy a full blown rehabbed TK in Indy for 40k that is a passive investment then you are totally naive and will soon learn the reality..

My goal is to pick up at least one property a year while I'm still working full time and then hopefully I won't have to "work" full time, I can live my dream of fixing and holding houses.

I work a full-time job (in finance) and am looking to initially start investing part time.

I have a bunch of experience in all types of construction (since I was 17) and having a real estate active broker license for about 30 years even though I never did that full time.I used that license to help close a few deals for other people and have only done one investing deal for myself.  

My businesses is quite simple, I buy properties all over the country at 60% of as-is value from off market deals and re-sell at full value on the MLS.
