This is indicated by the last 4 months Median Price month over month has either stalled at 0% or down -1-3% (Prices are lowering to attract buyers).3) However with affordability down, there are still fewer new listings month to month creating upwards pressure.I believe it will continue to drop between 0% and 5% for a few months but a drop of 20% at the bottom of the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area seems like a very large amount to me.

So, for example, if you personally had knowledge of a loose step in one of your properties and didn't fix it and then your tenant was injured on it, even though the property is held in the LLC, since you had actual notice of the dangerous condition you could still be held personally liable for the tenant's injury.

I flipped many of the homes as well as short term rehab projects.. probably did at least 100 of them if not more..I had one called... and that was because the Trustor walked into a local credit union and told the manager that she had sold the house..I am NOT a proponent of this model by and large or to the mass's I think it has GREAT danger to the seller and there are to many fraudsters out there that have really hurt sellers.As I was doing this activity we were fully engaged in Court house steps bidding at the time and we were very well cash up company.
