Louis County, is currently reviewing an ordinance that would prohibit short-term property rentals because, according to the Crestwood City Administrator, the City wants “stable residents living in the community, adding to the quality of life here, walking on the streets, obviously there’s a safety concern there, there’s a property value concern.”

The process is not unlike your personal real estate purchase, except your IRA, which is a separate legal entity, is on title so your administrator is the signer on all contracts.

In California, you have to start with three classes that they offer online, which is great for wanting to do it around your day job.The company I used was Duane Gomer and I know First Tuesday is another big one.After you complete those classes, you have to complete an FBI background check and a few other administrative measures.Then , you are ready for your test.
