Hello everyone, I'm just getting started in the world of Real Estate investment and have gotten tremendous value from the BiggerPockets podcast (listed to over 100 episodes so far).

Allentown is the third largest city in Pennsylvania and part of the larger Lehigh Valley metropolitan area that is booming and is a fantastic place to invest (see episode 276 with my buddy @BryceStewart.) 

Daniel Hyman thanks so much I have been glued to the podcasts for about the last 3 weeks like a crazy Netflix binge haha but I haven't listened to episode 33 so I will definitely check it out.

For podcasts I really like the Huse Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels.
